  4. Can I use DAVx⁵ with Microsoft Windows?

Currently, there is no Windows version of DAVx⁵. However since Windows 11, it's possible to use the integrated Android subsystem to install and use DAVx⁵:

  1. Make sure that you're running Windows 11 or newer.
  2. Install the Amazon Appstore from the Microsoft store.
  3. Install DAVx⁵ from the Amazon Appstore.
  4. Install your favorite Android calendar and contacts apps from the Amazon Appstore.

You can now use DAVx⁵ like a normal Windows app.

Please note that the Android subsystem doesn't synchronize the Android contacts and calendar storage with the Windows storage. So DAVx⁵ unfortunately can't synchronize with Windows apps but only with other Android apps that are running on Windows.
