Thundermail

DAVx⁵ has been successfully tested with Thundermail.

Thundermail is an email service that is part of the Thunderbird Pro subscription. It supports both CalDAV and CardDAV. 

DAVx⁵ settings

Choose “Login with email address”:
User name: your Thundermail email address
Password: your app password (this is separate from your account password; create an app password in your Thundermail dashboard).

You can also use the "Login with Base URL" option:
Base URL: https://mail.thundermail.com
Username: your Thundermail email address
Password: your app password

You need to create an app password to access CalDAV and CardDAV.
